Enchanted Parties For You will be at your location for a total of 3 to 5 hours:
1 to 1.5 hour set up, 2 hour party & clean up.  I try to set up & clean up as quickly as possible!

 To secure a date, a deposit of $100.00 is required.  A deposit should be sent only if party dates & availability have been discussed with me previously.  If I do not receive your deposit within five (5) days of our communication, this party date & time will be automatically released.  Party Invitations will be mailed 15 days prior to party date and upon receipt of deposit  and list with names & addresses.

The remaining amount will be due at the beginning of the party.  I accept personal checks, money orders & cash.
A $25.00 fee is charged for checks returned for NSF. 

 RSVP policy – I need a final count 48 hours prior to your event  The fee for each additional guest in excess of the ten (10) included in the package is non-refundable & non-negotiable if your guest is a no-show.  I package and prepare food based on the final number given.

Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate unexpected guests/siblings. I prepare my parties on the final count given to me (48 hours) prior to the party.  Parties are designed for girls age *4 to 8 & 7 to 10. 
Younger children are welcome to participate; however, to ensure that your party and
the activities I prepare are enjoyed by you and the birthday child,
an adult should be available to assist those younger children.

Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed. I will gladly work with you to find an alternate date, based on availability. If you chose to cancel for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to re-send invitations, there will be an additional charge. 

Client must provide a Smoke-Free environment ~ No exceptions.

 Behavioral problems are the responsibility of the client.

Enchanted Parties For You and/or Lisa Browning assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. Hostess will treat your home with utmost respect, and provide professional service.

Weather/Road conditions.  If the situation arises where I am uncomfortable driving and setting up for your event; chances are you and your guests feel the same way.  I will work with you to reschedule.
